Tasting Notes

A harmonious sparkling rose’ made of the Lambrusco varieties of Sorbara and Grasparossa, grown on clay-rich soils.  The grapes are harvested in the first ten days in September. Long Charmat method.

Of a fragrant and long lasting bouquet, recalling the fragrance of rosehip and ripe plum.  With a dry body, it is mellow, fragrant, tasty and fresh.
