Tasting Notes
Graceful powerful red wine class. Soft intense garnet red with fine tears. Nose of wild violets, wild strawberries and red juniper, brushwood and truffle. Distinctive flavor with firm acidity and ultra-fine tannins in the slender texture. Very refined wild finish. Wine to enjoy on its own or to serve with a ragout of wild mushrooms, risotto with truffle or a roasted partridge. At its best when decanted several hours in advance.
