Bruno Paillard Blanc de Blancs 2013 (750ml/6)
Tasting Notes
This wine has a brilliant pale gold appearance with a chiselled effervescence. The nose is fresh and biting, with primary notes of cooled ashes and white flowers, and aromas of white peach, lemon verbena, and fresh almond. The palate is lively with a beguiling salinity, settling into an ample, molten texture with a slightly fleshy fruitiness of plums and roasted hazelnuts. It pairs well with monkfish or prawns. Overall, it offers a refreshing and complex sensory experience.
