Distilled from wild harvested agave, grown on public lands, throughout Oaxaca.

This label is represented by a brown color with a range of pinks and purples as a result of the mixture of the powder of the copal shell, cochineal grana, edible lime and zinc, a mineral that with its properties represents the color of the earth where our raw material is obtained.

Flavor Profile:  light, sweet, floral with hearty notes of smoke and sweet citrus
