Distilled from cultivated agave, grown adjacent to and in the community around the Palenque.

This is inspired from the mixture of indigo or indigo ground with the pomegranate peel gives a blue-green hue that is found in the colors of the maguey espadín.

Flavor Profile:  delicate smoke, green apple, grass, pepper and baking spices.
