The palate delivers refined oyster shell and lime notes, along with green pineapple rind, gooseberry, and white currants, followed by a seductive yet firm texture, building with layers of green tea, sea brine, and fruit notes, leading to a razor-sharp finish of lime, grapefruit peel, saline minerality, and stone fruits.
