The Pinot Nero is a full-bodied and fruity red wine with a distinct sour cherry note, which pairs beautifully with red meat, game and zesty cheese. The grapes for Rottensteiner’s Pinot Nero hail from the sloping vineyards around Bolzano and the wine is matured in large wooden barrels.
