Tasting Notes
Despite 2017 being a difficult vintage, all fruits were harvested at various times to avoid the late season heat spike and keep freshness in the fruit. To continue focusing on classic bold fruit flavors and enviable structure, the grapes were fully destemmed and given an extra week of maceration beyond its completed fermentation.
