Tasting Notes
In red, the bouquet is marked by raspberry and, even more, by candied or brandy cherry, ripe fruit. Vegetal notes – elderberry – and spicy notes – clove -, accents of coffee or cocoa complete the palette. The red ladoix expresses itself quite tenderly, taking on a round and full shape, a spherical velvety feel. It offers a good tannic structure.
