The blend of plots from the villages of AmIgny, Sancerre and Vinon is intended to be the full expression of the terroir of caillottes from which it comes. Freshness of fruit, finesse, vivacity and minerality characterize this wine. This wine is expressive, mixing varietal (rhubarb, broom), floral (hawthorn) and fruity (grapefruit, lemon) notes. Straightforward on the attack, it offers a dense structure on a beautiful acid balance with lemony accents. Lingering finish on fresh fruit.
