Tasting Notes
Bright, pale orange in colour. Complex/intense aromas and flavours of Mandarin orange, Chamomile, and stone fruits (peach), with notes of dry herbs, fresh straw, and orange rind. Crisp on the palate, dry, medium-bodied, with pleasing notes of tannin and bitterness as a result of the skin contact. Better served slightly warmer than the regular Itsasmendi Txakoli.
