Tasting Notes

Fruity and direct on the nose, sweet and mineral touches, highlighting the stone fruit, pear, yellow and linden flowers in good harmony with the balsamic notes, including a mentholated background of eucalyptus and sage. Very subtle aromas of bakery derived from the elaboration and that initially disappear to the detriment of the primaries and little by little the tertiaries of the aging in the bottle. This aging will provide complexity and elegance. Wide on the palate, powerful, fatty and balanced in acidity and bitterness, providing a lot of length.
