Bosc Pear traces its roots back to Europe where it’s known in German as the “King’s Pear.” It’s Heimat’s last fruit to be picked for the season and one that is worth the wait. Fruit forward with spiced-pear on the nose, a touch of fresh citrus, while soft and velvety on the palate. It shines in whiskey based cocktails or as a new alternative for the classic bellini.

Nectarine was never on the radar of Heimat until one of the partner famers from the Hudson Valley convinced them to try it. His father was the very first in the Hudson Valley to plant nectarines in the 1960s and the farm’s nectarines have been highly sought after ever since. Fruity and bright on the palate with a lush body, subtle hints of apricot, and a soft lingering finish that will have your smacking your lips for more.
