Pinot Blanc is an indigenous and unique grape variety in Burgundy. After vinification and aging for 12 months in new 50% oak barrels, it gives a mineral and fruity wine, with notes of pear, exotic fruits and a lot of fat. Particularly well balanced, it promises to age in a beneficial way.
