Tasting Notes

Presents a classic color. Crimson in youth, but becomes orange-toned ruby as it matures in bottle. Cherry and blackcurrant flavors also develop a candied quality with time. Serve with simple, french cuisine for tradition or roasted freshwater fish from ponds or rivers for something new. Shows exceptionally well with quail and soft, ripened cheese.
