On the palate the wine is energetic and fresh—high acidity gives it crispness, while subtle creaminess from its time in a large 1,000-L foudre adds texture without overt oak influence. Flavors of ripe pear, faint nectar-like peach, and citrus peel carry through to a clean, focused finish that’s lively and well-balanced.
