Tasting Notes
The dark red-purple colors calls to mind its fruit and spice note sin teh same color spectrum. Mouthwatering aromas and flavors of fresh blueberry and raspberry as well as measured oak and hints of pot de creme and fresh soil. As it opens it gives way to riper red-black fruit, graphite, fresh-cut hay and smoked meat. The palate is cool yet intense with a long finish. Will easy age and continue to gain complexity for 10+ years.
