Tasting Notes
Bone dry with layers of complexity- stone fruits, fresh baked pie crust and toasted hazelnuts open on the nose to a mineral driven, mouthwatering palate. The salinity of the wine lends itself equally as well to oysters and pomme fritte with aioli.
