Vaporetto is the Italian word for “water taxi” and pays homage to the water buses in Venice that travel up and down the glistening waters of the Grand Canal. Prosecco Rosé DOC or Pink Prosecco, made from the Glera grape with a small percentage (10-15%) of Pinot Nero blended in, is the latest denomination in the Veneto region, gaining popularity quickly due to its fun, festive color and easy-drinkability. Stone fruit, mandarin orange, meyer lemon, candied lemon emerge from the glass in this refreshing, crisp and tart wine.
