Tasting Notes

The Pasxa White Blend is comprised of Rhone varietals that are own-rooted in Rockgarden Vineyard. Harvested about I week apart, the Marsanne will hang slightly longer than the Roussanne. While the Marsanne ferments and ages in neutral French oak, the Roussanne is contained by new french Hermitage puncheons. The result is a beautifully rich and elegant blend, reminiscent of old-world style and expressive of Rocks terroir.
