Sleight of Hand Archimage Red Blend 2013 (750ml/12)
About Sleight of Hand Cellars
One of my favorite estates in Walla Walla is unquestionably Trey Busch’s and Jerry Solomon’s Sleight of Hand. They’re aided by Keith Johnson, who joined the team in 2011. These are gorgeous Washington State Wines that have tons of fruit and texture, as well as balance, purity and freshness. In addition, they’re good values. I love the wines.” – Jeb Dunnuck, Wine Advocate

A floral nose of exotic spice box, red fruits and notes of cedar. Flavors of red and black cherries, blueberries, and a dusty earthiness are wrapped around a core of plush but firm tannins. The warm vintage of 2013 gives this wine a rich texture. It is full bodied, while maintaining a vibrant acidity which will allow this wine to age gracefully for the next two decades.

"A darker, smoky edge, with more black olive, ripe black fruits and graphite emerging with time in the glass [...] This property, located in Walla Walla, is run by partners and winemaking team Jerry Solomon and Trey Busch, with help from production winemaker Keith Johnson. While I've always loved the wines from these guys, they've hit a new level recently, and these wines are now up with the creme de la creme of the state (and beyond)." - Jeb Dunnuck
