Tasting Notes

The 2015 Site Viognier offers notes of dried apricot, white pepper and honey. It’s got a round palate due to frequent lees stirring and finishes with abundant acidity. 100% Viognier. Fermented and aged for 8 months in neutral barriques with frequent lees stirring. Unfiltered. Just 50 cases were made.
