Silver Thread Dry Riesling is the flagship wine and a benchmark for the Finger Lakes style. A strategic blend of grapes from three vineyards, this wine combines the best attributes of three classic sites: 30% Silver Thread Estate Vineyard, 57% Doyle Fournier Vineyard (Seneca Lake), 13% Gridley Bluff Point Vineyard (Keuka Lake).
Aromas of flower shop, white peach, lemon and wet stone. Medium body with crisp fruit and crunchy acidity. Long finish expresses grapefruit and minerals.
