Tasting Notes

This Extra Dry expression of Prosecco from the Treviso area of northern Italy offers dried flower and citrus aromas followed by stone fruit and apple. Made from 100% Glera grapes, this Prosecco is fruity and easy drinking enough to please fans of sweeter bubbly, but still fermented extra dry for those who prefer less sugar. It’s a lovely great aperitif, especially with a night plate of fresh cheeses.
