Pasquale Pelissero originates from 30-year-old vines on the gentle hills of Neive. The aging in steel and bottle gives it a bright ruby red and a fresh and fruity aromatic profile, with floral aromas and tones of wild berries and sweet spices. On the palate, it is round and elegant with a pleasantly fresh and juicy finish. Perfect pop and pour for pastas.
