Tasting Notes

Golden yellow with greenish hues that reveal
youth. Very aromatic and intense nose, highlighting citrus notes such as mandarin peel with tropical fruit.
It has a background of fennel and dried fruits from its aging in new French oak barrels, which gives it complexity and structure.

On the palate, the acidity and sweetness are perfectly balanced with notes of candied peach and orange, leaving a long finish with hints of dates and dried fruits such as bitter almonds.
