A structured yet silky Franc that shows blue and red fruits with bright acidity & structure. Aromatically diverse in Earth and Herb. Ripe dark fruits show well at opening with rosemary + winter spice, followed by a developing salinity and freshness. This ’21 takes a wild, aromatic journey over hours of air and finishes as expected: pure and lush Cabernet Franc.
