Blends give us a great opportunity to pay homage to some of our old world influences and make a wine that shows both the dense fruit of Mourvèdre and Syrah and the lithe bright beauty and strawberry notes of Grenache. GSM is versitile on the table but we love this bottle along side grilled meat and herbed root vegetables.
