Rooted in France’s Languedoc region, guided by a Burgundian philosophy of elegance, precision, and respect for terroir. Founded as Abbotts and revitalized in 2005 by Laurent Delaunay—fifth-generation winemaker from a Burgundy family—the estate has become known for producing refined, terroir-driven wines that balance concentration with finesse. Today, under the leadership of Jeanne Delaunay, the next generation, the winery continues its evolution, crafting expressive wines that reflect both the richness of the Languedoc and the discipline of Burgundy. By working closely with dedicated growers, practicing meticulous vineyard selection, and applying restrained winemaking, Abbotts & Delaunay delivers wines of authenticity, balance, and character.

LULUMI
Lulumi wines are inspired by the French country lifestyle and the idea that in every bottle of wine, there is a story. It is filled with the uniqueness of place, a year of sun and rain, and the craft of winemaking. The story is about adventure, the comfort of sharing a meal and spending precious time with friends and family. This is a love story… and the best love stories never end.
The history of Vin de Pays d’Oc wines can be traced back to the 5th century, when the Greeks planted the first vineyards near Narbonne. Along with parts of Provence, these are considered to be France’s oldest vineyards.
Founded in 2015 by Carrie and Philippe Marchal, who both worked in the wine business in New York City before moving to a tiny village in the middle of the farmlands and vineyards of France with their two daughters, Lucienne and Emilie. (Lulumi is a combination of the French nicknames for the girls, Lulu and Mimi)
