Founded as Abbotts and revitalized in 2005 by Laurent Delaunay—fifth-generation winemaker from a Burgundy family—the estate has become known for producing refined, terroir-driven wines that balance concentration with finesse. Today, under the leadership of Jeanne Delaunay, the next generation, the winery continues its evolution, crafting expressive wines that reflect both the richness of the Languedoc and the discipline of Burgundy.
