Tasting Notes
Meticulous vineyard practices kept the crops at Silver Thread healthy during a wet growing season. During fermentation, a cold soak and temperature control in stainless steel maintained a natural balance in the Gewurtztraminer between the levels of alcohol and slight sweetness.
Ripe melons, honeysuckle flowers and spicy ginger begin on the nose and continue through the mouthfeel for a rich and spicy unique white. Drink now or cellar for 3-5 years.
