Aged on the fine lees for 3-4 months before bottling, the malolactic fermentation is not carried out.
Straw yellow in color, with greenish hues. Offers classic aromas of citrus fruit and bitter almond, with delicate notes of white flowers. Medium bodied and balanced, with a refreshing acidity closing a persistent and focused finish. Recommended with seafood crudo, asparagus risotto or sushi.
