An original blend of estate-grown 60% Tai (the local name for Friulano), 25% Pinot Bianco and 15% Pinot Grigio, all fermented separately in temp-controlled stainless-steel tanks with selected yeasts. The wines are then assembled into the final blend and released after a brief aging in bottle.
The uniqueness of this wine comes from the originality of the blend: the Tai provides for the tropical fruit flavors, the Pinot Bianco for the pear and white flowers aromas, while the Pinot Grigio adds to the body and the tropical fruit finish. A versatile dry Italian white wine that goes extremely well with light pastas, risotto and light antipasti. Pino & Toi is Maculan’s most well-known white wine.
