70% Corn 30% Winter Wheat sourced from a single Washington State family farm. Water sourced directly from the Cross Valley designated Sole Source Aquifer. Mash Fermented 7 days before double distillation and barrel entry. Rich caramel, maple, soft vanilla and toasted marshmallow with a bit of spice and a long warm finish.
