Bosc pear traces its roots back to Europe where it’s known in German as the “King’s Pear.” It’s Heimat’s last fruit to be picked for the season and one that is worth the wait. Fruit forward with spiced pear on the nose, a touch of fresh citrus, while soft and velvety on the palate. It shines in whiskey-based cocktails or as a new alternative for the classic bellini.
