Tasting Notes

The juice has minimal contact with the skins and is picked slightly early to create a pale, fresh rose. The wine ultimately features expressive aromas of cranberry, lychee, rhubarb, orange rind and minerality. It is clean and crisp with minerality and great freshness on the palate.
