Tasting Notes

Nove Cento Spumante Brut offers a very soft and feminine side of Spumante. This lovely sparkler opens to a light pink color with raspberry and ruby nuances. The bouquet is citrus, white peach and cranberry. Almond paste appears at the back palate. Bright acidity and sharp bubbles keep the palate refreshed.
