Fresh and clean. Elegant and balanced fragrance that ends in a mineral and long finish. Pair with a simple lemon pasta, white meat or stand alone as an aperitif.

Bright straw yellow. Perfumed aromas of ripe tropical fruit, white flowers and lime. Bright and crisp but with a suavem rich mouthfeel that coats teh palate with previse Catarratto Lucido flavors of apricot, lime and herbs. Closes long dense and multilayered with a pungent floral quality. An absolutely knockout Catarratto, very likely the best I tried this year. Native yeasts and stainless steel only. Though the label doesn't state so, this is 100% Catarratto Lucido.
