An elegant, original and inimitable personality. Rich in red fruit mixed with notes of licorice typical of the variety. Great harmony with anything from traditional pesto to charcuterie to cherry pie. For a more elegant dish, well with swordfish or tuna steaks.

Bright medium red. Pungently perfume dnose offers violet, lavender, Szechuan pepper, lemongrass, blood orange and small red berries. Then juicy and very fresh flavors similar to the aromas, plus a building licorice nose, linger impressively on the medium-bodied mouthfeel. Closes with magical, peristent inner-mouth perfume and trule exceptional clarity and cut. This sees no oak whatsoever and therefore the wine's magical perfume is really allowed to shine through. A real knockout of a wine and easily one of the two or three best Perricones I have ever tried.
