Vivid ruby-red. Aromas and flavors of violet, dried herbs, juicy plum and blueberry. Fresh and supple, with harmonious avidity nicely framing the sweet red/blue fruit, echoes that linger nicely on the clean, crisp, long finish. About 50% of the wine is aged for a few months in barriques, the other half in stainless steel. A bright, fruity version of Nero d'Avola that once you start sipping you'll find having trouble letting go of your glass.
