Massanois may collect the following information from and about you through the Site:
- Personal Information
“Personal Information” is information that can be used to identify you as an individual or allow someone to contact you. Massanois may collect, without limitation, (i) your name, email address and phone number when you provide it by sending us a message through the “Contact Us” feature on the Site, and (ii) your name, title, address, email address, state license number, federal tax ID number, telephone number, trade reference names and phone numbers, and other business information when you provide it through the Site by completing a wholesale account application on the Site.
- Clickstream Information
As you use the Internet, a trail of electronic information is left at each web site you visit. This information, which is sometimes referred to as “clickstream data,” along with your IP address, can be collected and stored by a web site’s server. Clickstream data includes, for example and without limitation, your Internet service provider, your type and version of browser and operating system, your geographic location, information about the site that referred or linked you to the Site (if any), any search words or terms that are passed from a search engine, and your activity on the Site (collectively, “Clickstream Information”).
- Cookies and Persistent User Identification

- processing your wholesale account application, as applicable;
- responding to your requests, questions, and concerns;
- operating and managing the Site;
- evaluating Site usage and navigation;
- developing new features and offerings on the Site to improve the Site;
- sending you marketing communications, including information about products, news and events that we think might interest you; and
- protecting our rights and property.
We or our third party service providers may also use your information to assess the level of interest in, and use of, the Site, our e-mails and our other messaging campaigns, both on an individual basis and in the aggregate.

- Reviewing or Changing Your Information
In order to ensure that the information we maintain is accurate, Massanois gives users the ability to change or modify their information previously provided. You may review, update or modify certain of the Personal Information that is stored in our database by emailing us at email@example.com. If you send us a request via email, we may ask you to verify your identity and to provide other details before we are able to provide you with any information, correct any inaccuracies or delete any information.
- Third Party Sites
IN NO EVENT WILL MASSANOIS BE LIABLE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO ANYONE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO ANY USE, CONTINUED USE, OR RELIANCE ON ANY LINKED THIRD PARTY SITE, OR ANY LINK CONTAINED IN A LINKED SITE.
- Social Media Services
We maintain a presence on several social networking platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, and some of their features may be incorporated into the Site. Through these platforms and features, we may receive some Personal Information and Clickstream Information about you (in accordance with your social networking account privacy settings), and this Privacy Notice applies to that information as well. In addition, third party social networking platforms have their own privacy policies which explain how those third parties will use and protect your information. You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your password, and for restricting access to such information. You accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your password, whether or not you authorized such activity. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer. Please notify us promptly at firstname.lastname@example.org of any unauthorized use of your password or any other breach of security.
If we believe that the security of your Personal Information may have been compromised, we may seek to notify you of that development. If a notification is appropriate, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law and governmental guidelines. If we have your e-mail address, you may be notified by e-mail. - Qualification for Use; Children’s Privacy
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), and that you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Privacy Notice. Use of the Site is void where prohibited.
This Site is not intended for users under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). Furthermore, we have no intention of collecting Personal Information from children (i.e., individuals under the age of 13). If a child has provided us with Personal Information, that child’s parent or guardian should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or send us a letter marked “Privacy – Urgent” to the address below. If we learn that a user under the age of 13 has provided us with Personal Information, other than as permitted by law, we will delete such information from our database.

If you are a California resident, you may make a request for information about how we have shared your Personal Information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
