ABOUT THE TEAM
Proxies were created by a seasoned team of food and beverage entrepreneurs, including the founders of leading next-gen grocery brand Acid League, a winemaker with experience leading harvests and production in New Zealand, Australia, Bordeaux, and British Columbia, and a corporate lawyer and entrepreneur who is also a New York Times-published food and wine writer.
