R.O12 is a symbol of balance and aromatic expression. It is clad in a bright, golden yellow hue. Initially delicate with subtle, fresh aromas of citrus and white flowers, this champagne then opens out to sumptuous notes of plums and acacia honey. R.012 gently coats the palate and its creamy bubbles are simply fabulous. The finish is long and caressing. R stands for Rcolte, or Harvest, followed by the year the wine is based off of. Each Serie R Champagne is therefore the reflection of the Lallier style, expressed through a predominant vintage.
Wine Spectator"Chopped almond and spice notes underscore the flavors of raspberry pte de fruit, oyster shell, lemon zest and biscuit in this fresh sparkler, with a lacy texture." - Alison Napjus, October 2015
Wine Advocate"Clear and elegant, with very delicate and precise sweet cherry, ripe apple, melon and lovely chalk flavors on the aromatic nose, this Brut is round, intense and fruity-elegant on the palate. It is perfectly dry and well-structured by minerals and a perfectly integrated acidity. Very good mid-palate, with a nice finish." - Stephan Reinhardt, May 2016
