Fine golden color with hints of green; Firm nose with lots of elegance and finesse with citrus fruit aromas and an ample, generous mouthfeel.
Wine Spectator"Rich and creamy, featuring ripe apricot, pineapple and coconut notes, underscored by smoky minerality and accents of lemon meringue pie and pureed apple. Mouthwatering, with a lasting finish of toasted hazelnut." - Alison Napjus, Nov 2013
Wine & Spirits Magazine"The Chardonnay grapes for this wine come primarily from A (70 percent of the blend) along with fruit from the Cte des Blancs. It?s a baroque Champagne, with complex apple, pear and walnut flavors in a mash-up of power and creamy weight. It?s dry, dark and truffley." - Dec 2014
Vinous Media"Pale gold. Fresh citrus and orchard fruit aromas are complicated by chalky minerals and anise. Silky and focused on the palate, offering juicy pear and tangerine flavors that tighten up with aeration. This rich yet lithe and precise blanc de blancs finishes with excellent cut and resonating minerality." - josh raynolds, Jan 2015
